Cancel any time 48 hours or more before your event to receive a refund.
If we cannot confirm your reservation you will receive a 100% refund. If your reservations are confirmed, you may cancel 48 hours before your event and we will refund your order minus a 10% service charge. We cannot refund orders 48 hours prior to the start of an event. You may reschedule an activity with no service charge based on availability and if you contact us 48 hours or more prior to the event.

• Your name you used to make the order
• The email address you used to make the order
• The voucher ID or order ID number.
• Telephone Number
• Activity Name
• Activity Date
• The reason you wish to cancel. (Optional. It helps us improve.)
